Older, released, transferred, sealed, expunged, or restricted information may require a court record, a sheriff GRAMA request, VINELink, Utah DOC search, or another official channel depending on custody status.
What is and isn't public: The public feed can show recent booking facts such as name, number, arrest date, agency, charge, court, and custody marker. Beaver County does not publish the mugshot image there, and protected booking photos or sensitive jail records may require a lawful request or may be withheld.
Request Beaver County Booking Photo
A booking-photo request should go to the Beaver County Sheriff's Office records process, not to the court clerk. The county's sheriff records page says official records are handled under GRAMA, requests must be written during regular business hours or submitted online, and fees are charged to cover expenses. Victim access is narrower than general public release. Utah law allows certain victims or immediate family or guardians to view a booking photograph with prosecuting-agency consent, but those viewers may not retain, copy, photograph, reproduce, disseminate, or distribute it. That is a viewing route, not permission to publish or circulate the photo.
Mugshot Removal and Expungement
For Beaver County's own public page, the core removal issue is already resolved because mugshot images have been removed from Recent Bookings. Utah law also addresses publish-for-pay photo use and removal.
